These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital shelf lab website (the "Site") and the purchase and use of digital products offered by Digital Shelf Lab.

1. Who we are

Digital Shelf Lab is an umbrella brand of Codigo Bro LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (EIN: 42-3185729). Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Digital Shelf Lab and its operating entity Codigo Bro LLC. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing the Site or purchasing our products.

2. What we sell

We create, publish, and sell downloadable digital products, including ebooks, guides, resource packs, templates, video courses, learning tools, and digital toolkits. All products are delivered as digital files; no physical goods are shipped.

3. License to use

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for your own personal or operational use.

You may use the product for yourself or within your own business or classroom operations.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publicly post the product or any part of it.
You may not claim the product as your own work or remove any copyright notices.
You may not use the product to create competing products for resale.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our products — including text, design, illustrations, templates, code, and branding — is the property of Codigo Bro LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Orders & payment

Payments are processed by third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers, including Stripe, Shopify Payments, and dLocal Go. Codigo Bro LLC does not collect, store, or process your card numbers. Your payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider under their own policies.

6. Digital delivery

Products are delivered digitally. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with your download link — typically within minutes. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam or promotions folder if delivery does not arrive.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Delivery Policy. Each product's guarantee, if any, is stated on its product page and at checkout; without a stated guarantee, sales are final, except for a technical failure we cannot resolve. Consumers in the EU and UK should also read the section on the right of withdrawal in that policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, reproduce content without authorization, or use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or the license for any product if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without prejudice to any other rights we may have.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work carefully, we do not warrant that our products are error-free or that results are guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
